The first solo restaurant of Tomos Parry, Young British Foodie Chef of the Year in 2014 and situated above the equally cool Smoking Goat in Shoreditch, this is one you do not want to miss (if you can get in!)

Beautiful décor and ambience, dark wood sets the tone, its minimalist with an almost 1930s feel, however, that might just be down to the original fixtures and fitting which are above all chic and tasteful.

Using the very best high-quality ingredients, the Oysters roasted with Seaweed were fresh, succulent and delicious, the Soused Mackerel a dream, the Wild Rabbit, Blood Pudding & Beans were action packed with flavour and the Velvet Crab, Monkfish with Winter Tomato just melted in the mouth, even the bread was stunning (Grilled Bread  with Anchovy) we had to order more, twice! Desserts were wonderful too (the Cheese cake was naughty but nice) and not forgetting the wine cabinet (situated just as to enter the restaurant, is a feast for the eyes and the tongue! and offers at lease 35 wines by the glass and seven sherries we were told and the beer choices were excellent too!

If you want to eat in one of London’s hottest restaurant right now, book in advance, and that’s for all the right reasons!
