73 Great Eastern Street, London EC2A 3HR
Super cool Peruvian inspired dishes with an East Asian infusion, Yeah! that’s right and a really ‘good’ infusion of flavours, textures and colours (very pretty colours actually!) that work really-well together.
Find Pachamama in Shoreditch, it’s a great space and a cosy layout too, enter at street level but drop a level via the DJ box/Staircase! (she was very nice actually!) then enter the modest dining area which is split into two sections, a busy, buzzy space filled with a lively atmosphere or the slightly quieter bar area to the rear with a bar dining area or a small number of private tables to one side to choose from, however, wherever you sit you will still be blast out by banging house tunes, which we really loved! Got the place alive!
The food menu is cleverly split into Soil, Land and Sea to support you with your choices and the snacks section deserves a close look too (the ceviche choices were really-good too!) Veggies fear not, the hispi cabbage and smoked aubergine dishes were delish too!
If you like a Cocktail then Pachamama Cocktails will sort you right out, with a wide selection to choose from or even design your own, then you know you’re in for a good night (especially with the pumping DJ choices ‘loudly’ filling the space) and of course there are great choices of both beers and wines to compliment your meal.
Their open kitchen and coal fire are the centre piece of the venue, with an abundance of live greenery dotted about to brighten up the space, great food, great vibe and great location. Enjoy!
