The crazy eclectic interiors of the Lord Nelson will not fail to keep you entertained! Step inside this Aladdin’s den of sparkly lights, unlimited ephemera and cookie art works, you're in for a real treat.
A fun, frivolous and often packed bar with a young, friendly atmosphere and a food menu to boot, their Friday evening BBQs are something to behold, offering delicacies such as llama, ostrich, camel, springbok, water buffalo and Zebra burgers, so not for faint (or vegetarian) hearted however, there are also six veggie options on offer too.
The Lord Nelson is an ‘unashamedly carnivorous haven’ so if you don’t like an establishment that serves meat (and lots of it) then please stay away, however, promising that most of its meat is sourced from nearby Borough Market, you can dine with the peace of mind that’s all of its food is well sourced, ethically sustainable and of excellent quality and the portions are humongous!!!
The LN is quirky, different, got bags of personality, young at heart and just heaps of fun. So if that’s your bag then go on, pop in, even if it’s only for a drink on colourful the terrace.
