8 Stoney Street, London Bridge, London SE1 9AA
Sleek, atmospheric, stylish and comfortable restaurant serving delicious contemporary European small plates accompanied by a good selection of quality wines and served by attentive personalised staff.
Previously the Stoney Street Café and now, apparently, named after Arthur, a famous fruit trader who lived at this site during Victorian times. Well it doesn’t look Victorian anymore, with its sleek light fittings, dimmed lights, leather seating, dark wood tables or circular high tables & stools, it can be what you want, informal or formal but whatever atmosphere you fancy, there is no getting awa, the food is outstanding!
To name but a few, there’s fresh fish, onglet steak, pork-and-fennel fettuccine and even homemade burgers, all cooked and presented to perfection.
Arthurs is the perfect space to unwind, chat with friends and eat really good food, its relaxed, its cosy and above all else you won’t be disappointed, every dish was excellent.
