Tamesis Dock

Albert Embankment, Lambeth, London SE1 7TP

A quirky floating bar and club aboard a beautifully restored and converted 1930s Dutch barge, By day it’s a floating pub and restaurant and by night there’s live music, dance parties and a generous events space.

Moored between Lambeth and Vauxhall Bridge, the barge has the advantage of having one of London’s most icon and stunning views over the Houses of Parliament from its very deck, not to mention spectacular views of the London Eye and Westminster Bridge.

There are two decks (front & back) to enjoy al fresco dining and drinking and an indoor space If it gets a little nippy. Tamesis is perfect for those lazy, barmy summer days & nights and to enjoy an ice cold beer or cool GnT with a view to die for!!

Drinks are reasonable prices and the food is good (classic pub grub) so there’s nothing not to like really. If you want to watch the sun go down across central London then I’m sure there are worse places to do it than on the barge at Tamesis Dock, a classic hidden gem frequented by Londoners in the know!
