“Every Sunday the head chef Mitz Vora (previously chef at Palomar) and his team host “Off Menu” tasting sessions for 10 guests at a time. The menu consists of 6 courses, and drawing inspiration from individual countries, regions and cities throughout the Middle East and Asia. Guests are invited to join Mitz and his team, as they prepare, serve and talk guests through the method, flavours and influences of the evening’s menu”.
