Pho & Bun

76 Shaftesbury Avenue London W1D 6ND

Vietnamese street food at its best! Quite simply put, delicious.

Authentic, alongside contemporary dishes with food choices that were varied, inviting and extensive.

The restaurant design is simple but fun, with an upstairs or downstairs seating area, both cosy and comfortable where ever your put and both areas giving a nod to it distinctively Vietnamese heritage.

There’s traditional Pho Noddle Soups, assorted rice and noodle dishes but our favourite was the unusual but fun Steam Bun Burger, with a choice of either, a beef, pork or vegetarian patty filling, and it was very different & very delicious!

Apparently their “traditional Vietnamese Pho is made with a healthy and flavoursome clear broth, which carries the pleasant richness of beef bones simmered overnight (for 18 hours) together with a balanced combination of different herbs and spices! And it MUST be tried, very different but very tasty

The Pho burger was exceptional and oh so tasty and we would go straight back just for one of them.

Really reasonable prices, a great location and delicious light food, great for a quick bite or an extended bite, pick either a selection of few smaller plates or just go for the big ones, either way, you won’t leave hungry and if you really like Vietnamese food, you won’t be disappointed in the slightest, its quality.

And don’t despair, they offered every drink you could possibly want, from a traditional lemonade to flat wines and Prosecco in an atmosphere that wasn’t too shoddy either

Fun, filling and friendly, pop in and see for yourself, for a little taste of Vietnam.
