49 Brixton Station Rd, London SW9 8PQ

Entry is via Pop Brixton’s main gates, pop is a village made entirely of brightly coloured and transformed salvaged freight containers. Once inside you can wander around the many fantastic choices of independent shops, cinema, bars and the many food outlets serving dishes from all over the world, all with a difference and all offering tastes that you will no doubt adore.

Kricket is one of Pop Brixton’s ‘best’ container restaurants, very small but very cosy (one long wooden table that everyone squeezes onto) Watch your food being prepared in the open plan kitchen (which your practically sitting in) sending out an array of affordable and stunning dishes that will tingle your taste buds and have you oohing and ahring all the way through.

We tried every dish on the perfectly sized menu and were not disappointed at all, each and every dish offered something different to your regular Indian fare, with flavours and colours bursting out of every dish and all presented spectacularly and with love to entice you even more.

Not only is the food a pleasure to be part of, so is the atmosphere, fun and cheerful staff bring a light-hearted feel to this fantastic little box of tricks

Please note, the venue is very, very small and you can’t reserve a table, so if you don’t want to be disappointed, get there early or its just luck of the draw.

Kricket is coming to 12 Denman Street, Soho, London by the end of 2016
