Taberna de Jam
Plaza de los Campos, 1, 18009 Granada, Spain
Wonderful hospitality from the word go that made us feel very welcome and just like we were visiting an old friends place!
With a fantastic twist on traditional Spanish Tapas, made to perfection and served up beautifully. Apparently famous in the region for its top quality meats and all prepared on site, with many delicious cuts to be had.
Our server was extremely helpful and ran through all of the cuts and preparation methodologies making it much easier to make our choice based on recommendations and all of the recommendations were AOK!
The menu offers a wide selection of both traditional and some more contemporary style dishes (it’s not just cured meats) and the design and interior layout of the restaurant section is beautifully thought out, comfortable with a stylish and modern feel.
There is also a charcuterie counter where you can see beautiful joints of traditional cured meats being prepared and sliced for guests and for takeaway (operated as a separate section of the restaurant that you walk in through on route to the lovely restaurant section) and all overlooking the beautiful tree lined and quiet plaza and a welcomed retreat away from the busy hustle & bustle of the main city.
A lovely local restaurant offering quality specialities.
