Brasserie Balzac

Odengatan 26, 113 51 Stockholm, Sweden

A French/NYC inspired Bistro/Brasserie in the centre of Stockholm, it’s a a large space that offers both bar and restaurant, serving authentic and seasonal French  dishes (via their French suppliers) for that little extra je ne sais quoi

Buzzy, lively and unpretentious, this is a great place for a pre-drink before dinner or a quick delicious bite.

You can immediately feel the French theme upon entry, with its lovely mosaic floor tiles, giant mirrors adorned with script, leather booth style seating and its extra-long wooden topped bar (cocktail) area.

The menu offers most of the French classics including 3 types of oysters (of course!) moules frites, terrine de fois gras, escargots,  baguette sticks, croquettes with Bayonne ham and cheese, and various other dishes reflecting France's wide and famous multicultural cuisine.

With space for 140 seats, you should get a table upon entry, BB does what it says on the tin, enjoy!
