Via Carlo Ortolani di Bordonaro, 60, 90015 Cefalu, Sicily, Italy
Situated on Cefalù’s main strolling, eating and drinking street (not an overly large street and for pedestrians only). Carre’ Lounge is a great stop gap for pre-dinner drinks (they do offer food however, we just went for drinks) The very friendly host (Pascal) will explain everything to you and leave no stone unturned, there’s even a mobile draught beer tap out on the terrace to save you even having to go inside to order.
This place is modern, very personal and a great place to chill, either perched on the high stools, sat at a table or on the sofa area (if you’re lucky enough to bag it early!) and the bar serves a lovely selection of cocktails and local specialty's.
It’s perfect location to people watch is one of its main attraction or sit inside at the back of the (hip & trendy) restaurant and wallow at the ‘stunning’ sea views, which you will ‘never’ get board of, oh! And don’t forget to say hi to the big, chunky and very sleepy friendly house dog that wanders around the space, half awake & half asleep, always ready for the next pat or cuddle!
