Svartbäcksgatan 24, 753 32 Uppsala, Sweden
An unpretentious and charming Italian restaurant serving an assortment of the traditional pizzas and pastas that you would expect to see. The Italian feel red and white tablecloths and candles lit windows all added to the charm of this cute little local restaurant.
The scent of the wood-burning pizza oven filled the air and the Italian-inspired dishes served up were of good quality and flavour, the Pizzas were a good size and exactly hit the spot.
During the summer the restaurant moves some of its tables just across the road, to the other side Svartbäcksgatan, where you can sit in the shade of the ‘stunning’ and tall Linnaeus Garden Trees and while away the ‘light’ summer evening sipping on a lovely Italian Red or White. Think Italian, think Basilico.
