Neighbourhood Bar and Restaurant

62 Castle Street, Liverpool L2 7LQ

Neighbourhood is a revamped super stylish restaurant/bar venue that takes its inspiration from a cross between a cool New York hangout or super chic Las Vegas or Miami Boutique Hotel but serves it all up inside the stunning architecture that Classic Liverpool architectural buildings have to offer.

Go for brunch, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner, they do it all and if you don’t want food the cocktail and drinks menus are exciting and extensive.

Super fun bar staff will advise, smise and make you belly laugh, which all adds to the relaxed and bubbly atmosphere that is Neighbourhood.

Catering for both a young and older crowd alike, you won’t feel out of place, the atmosphere is lively, bright and welcoming and so are the Maître De staff too.

Designed by the architects Lucy and Littler, the space has been cleverly utilised to incorporate the beautiful high domed banking hall with glass panels and Corinthian columns.

“The impressive Grade II-listed building was built in 1868 for the Alliance Bank and was later occupied by the North and South Wales Bank and then the Midland Bank. After the Midland Bank had relocated to the northern end of the street, the building was converted by Liverpool businessman Wayne Rose in 1986, into a bar, restaurant and a 4 star hotel, known as Trials Hotel, due to its close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Law Courts” and the rest is history, after various name changes and redevelopment, we finally arrived at Neighbourhood

If you like a good night out or a nice dinner space watching the bar buzz below from the slightly raised eating platform then Neighbourhood will give you what you want, there’s even a private dining section you can reserve for the slightly larger group, where you can still watch the world go buy or even join it.
